Christmas came early my friends: Trainer to the stars, Tracy Anderson has released some fabulous tips to keep us trim and fit through this holiday season. With all the temptations of cookies, cakes, and other treats it's difficult to stay on track with a healthy lifestyle but Tracy has provided a great "at home" workout as well as a "5 day nutrient boost" to help us get through the season and keep up on our health.
