Apple Cider Vinegar....The secret to beauty?

by Christina

Over the course of a few weeks (and thanks to the ever changing Southern California weather) I've been suffering from some major migraine headaches (hence the lack of posting) I tried everything to rid them,  Unfortunately nothing seemed to be helping. In a moment of desperation, I went on a mad Google search to find some type of cure for these migraines and was surprised to find Apple Cider Vinegar. I decided to try a recommended mix of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) with Organic apple juice and a dash of cinnamon. Within minutes, my migraine was gone and more importantly, STAYED gone.

I was so amazed with the product, I decided to dig further and find out what else it could do. To my surprise, I found a vast amount of all natural beauty remedies ranging from:

-A soak/hair rinse to bring out shine and body

-Adding a cup to a bath to improve muscle tone/firmness

-Dab on a cotton ball to exfoliate and rid acne, ACV is a form of citric acid and acts as a natural astringent

-Mix with a bit of water and use to tone and brighten skin

-Adding a tablespoon a day to a glass of water to help break down fat in the body and stimulate blood

AVC is very high in potassium and containing over 90 different substances, including Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A and Vitamin B1, and the benefits just don't stop at beauty either. This product is also known to help with a wide range of health issues as well. Please note if you plan on purchasing ACV, be sure to buy a brand which is made from cold pressed, organically  grown whole apples, in which no chemicals or preservatives have been added. The brand of ACV should also contain the "Mother of Vinegar"  (The "Mother of Vinegar" is a natural gelatinous substance formed during the last fermentation step) I prefer Bragg's brand.

I am definately planning on trying out some of these beauty remedies....I'll keep you posted on my results!
