Pumpkin: We love it in a variety of delicious fall treats but that isn't all this gourd is great for! Filled with Vitamins A, C & E, Potassium, Alpha/Beta Carotene, and Zinc, it's extremely beneficial to your health (when COOKED healthy...pumpkin spice muffins are a no go on this one) and to one's skin! Try out this "At home facial" to get a great glow, and reep all the wonderful benefits pumpkin has to offer!

 

2 Teaspoons Organic Canned Pumpkin

1/2 Teaspoon Honey or Agave

1/2 Teaspoon of Milk

1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Mix and Let sit on skin for 20-30 minutes

Rinse, then hydrate with favorite moisturizer!
